Lifting system

The lift system, designed for users under 47″ in height, offers a practical and innovative solution to improve the efficiency and safety of chairlifts. By raising the conveyor belt, children can sit comfortably without requiring assistance from staff or causing slowdowns to the system. This solution enhances the chairlift’s hourly capacity, minimizes slowdowns, and reduces operational costs by lowering the need for dedicated personnel.

The lifting mechanism can be operated manually by the operator or automatically. In automatic mode, a laser system installed near the access gates measures the height of users and activates the belt lift in real time for anyone under 47″. This advanced technology ensures a smooth and safe boarding process, enhancing the user experience and optimizing the overall operations of the lift system.

Our conveyor for fixed-grip chairlifts is compatible with 2, 3, 4, or 6-seat chairlifts and is designed to ensure smooth and safe boarding. Its surface, made with alternating rubber and plastic slats, provides excellent wear resistance and superior grip, even in challenging weather conditions.

Our conveyor for detachable chairlifts is the ideal solution for ensuring safe, smooth, and efficient boarding on 4, 6, or 8-seat chairlifts. Designed to meet the modern demands of chairlift systems, this conveyor is a high-quality, reliable choice for optimizing lift operations.
The conveyor’s surface features an innovative design with rubber slats, providing an ideal balance of grip and durability. This allows users to board safely, even on snowy or wet surfaces, ensuring top performance in all weather conditions.

Made in stainless steel, fully customizable, and equipped with full LED lighting. Gates can be opened individually or simultaneously.

Side Covers

Resin-coated wood side covers with anti-slip material. The covers are attached to the machine and equipped with a special opening lock.
